Las actividades comerciales de FAX se realizan fundamentalmente a través de FAX MEXICO, S.A. de C.V., empresa que ha sido y sigue siendo la tenedora de la totalidad de las acciones de las empresas del Grupo. Hasta fines del 2001 operaba bajo la razón social: Desarrollo Agropecuario Integral, S. A. de C.V. Las otras empresas del Grupo FAX son:

FAX, S. A. de C. V. que es la propietaria de los activos de la planta de San Luis Potosí y sigue realizando la importación de agroquímicos en tanto los registros son transferidos a FAX MEXICO. Amtex Industrial Corporation, es una empresa con base en San Antonio, TX que hace funciones de oficina de enlace y de operaciones internacionales de comercio internacional. FAX DE OCCIDENTE, S.A. de C.V. es una empresa hermana en la FAX tiene el 50% de las acciones y el resto son propiedad de Rubén Alsina Cicero, anteriormente funcionario y Director Comercial de FAX.

FAX DE OCCIDENTE, S.A. de C.V. is a sister company where FAX controls 50% of the stock and the balance is owned by Rubén Alsina Cicero, formerly officer and Commercial Director of FAX.
